According to a US television, the other US consulate official present on the car at the time of accident has also reached America along with accused driver. The accused had Raymond-like diplomatic visa while he stayed in Pakistan, the report said citing a claim made by a US official. It may be mentioned here that the US driver, coming to rescue Raymond Davis after the latter had shot dead two Pakistani citizens in Lahore market, claiming that he had done so in self-defense, trampled to death a Pakistani man, Ebad ur Rehman who had came in way of a US consulate vehicle.
